The Theme of the 6th Edition
The long pandemic crisis has brought about opposite results to our belief. Some have come to believe in Christ and others have strengthened their confidence in the sovereign care of God; yet many have developed insecurity, having their own faith challenged.
These perplexing circumstances served as a fire test. They have helped us gauge whether the “height” of God in our minds truly matches the Almighty of the scriptures. Our reaction before life’s fragility and social order instability puts into perspective to what extent our idea of God and of his glorious Gospel is exact, alive, biblical, real.
Aspiring to bring the hopeless to salvation and fearful Christians to assurance - while also providing the opportunity for those whose confidence has grown through suffering to celebrate their faith - we have chosen "DO NOT FEAR" as the theme of this conference.
We seek to anchor our wavering faith on the steadfastness of the Rock of Ages, the Victorious Christ. We pray that the virtues of our Great God will be so displayed and embraced that they may dissipate all obstacles to his sovereign power and infinite love for his Church. May our generation of Christians enjoy the peace that surpasses all circumstances and boldly proclaim the Gospel.
The Speakers
Paul Washer, preacher and author, served as a missionary in Peru for ten years where he founded the HeartCry Missionary Society. Today, it supports indigenous missionaries across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Eurasia and the Americas. He now serves as one of the laborers with the HeartCry Missionary Society.

Dr. Burk Parsons is senior pastor of Saint Andrew’s Chapel in Sanford, Fla., chief publishing officer for Ligonier Ministries, editor of Tabletalk magazine, and a Ligonier Ministries teaching fellow. He is an ordained pastor of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) and director of the Church Planting.
Dr. Sinclair B. Ferguson is a Ligonier Ministries teaching fellow and Chancellor’s Professor of Systematic Theology at Reformed Theological Seminary. He served as senior minister of the First Presbyterian Church in Columbia, S.C.
Paulo Junior is a pastor, writer and itinerant preacher. He is the senior pastor of the Aliança do Calvário Church, in Franca, SP, Brazil and founder and president of Defesa do Evangelho Missionary Society, which aims to equip Brazilian churches and support missions in Brazil, Africa and Europe.
David Vaughn served as a missionary in West Africa before coming to France to plant churches. He is the pastor at the Reformed Baptist Church in the Pays d´Aix, France, and professor of Practical Theology at the Biblical Institute in Brussels.
Vincent Lemieux is one of the pastors of the Christian Assembly of Rouyn-Noranda, located in northwestern Quebec, Canada. He has served this church since 2017.
David Pelosi is a Brazilian missionary with HeartCry and Em Defesa do Evangelho Missionary Societies. He has been serving in France for ten years. He is the pastor and planter of the Église Bonne Nouvelle Church in Paris.
